ASB Get Wise program

Today we had someone from ASB come and do a get wise program. It was really fun and I enjoyed it. I learnt about how to save money and to always make sure you pay your credit card before interest gets put on it.

We played a game where we had a budget of money and we had some things to buy. To earn points in the game was to get entertainment points. Entertainment points is about how good the actual thing was. So if I brought a flight which is 100$ It would be 1 entertainment point. But if I get the really good one with 400 dollars then I will get 5 entertainment points. I think this game is really enjoyable and fun!

Writing Holiday Recount

In the holidays I went to may road park with my brother and his friends Jason and Ramon. We played basketball me and my brother vs Jason and Ramon, me and my brother won and we all had lots of fun. Then we played with my brothers new rugby ball our mum brought for him at warehouse! We were playing rugby and I was on my brother. We won again! After having a little break we decided to play tag on the playground and it was huge fun. Then we got tired and went home.

My aunty was moving houses and asked me if I could help and I said yes. I went to go help her sort out her boxes and stuff there. She had loads of things! We had to sort out which things go into which rooms. After sorting all of out she brought a chocolate milkshake from the sandringham takeaways so i guess helping her was worth it after all.

Then on saturday 28th it was a church friends birthday! My nana, uncle and me were invited! The birthday was at our church hall. When we got there I ran inside and everyone was there! The food was amazing too. There was even a pig there!!!!! We ate and then I played with my other church friends Norman and Michael.
