Rocket demonstration at Wesley Primary

Today we had to walk to Wesley primary, we had to demonstrate how a rocket works. We also had to explain Newtons three laws. We had to explain it in an easier way because there only in primary. One example would be Newtons second law Force=Mass x Acceleration. This is how we would explain it to room 3 and 4. We said that say there is a rugby player. For this example I will be using Jonah lomu. Jonah lomu was big which was the mass. Then he was fast which was his acceleration. He had a lot of mass and acceleration which meant he had a lot force.

Then we went on to launching the rocket. We let people from room 3 and 4 come and do the pumping as well as pulling the peg.
